Our support system has been created to enable us to supply the best possible service at the least cost to you, that's why we utilize all of the services below as you will probably already use one and if you don't there will more than one that is available to you and free. We are constantly adding to our support services like the free world wide ip free phone system currently being added to our sites. We don't just supply support for your web site we have IT experts in most fields and can solve most of your computer problems, just post on the forums or email the support team. We will also come to your house or business but depending on how close our nearest IT person is it will cost from just £20 for the first hour and £10 for each hour following.

To improve our phone response every one at GS Studios is on a mobile network system all calls are routed to the first available person. Should all be busy then you will be put through to the answer phone.

If you leave a message it is given priority above every thing else and no more phone calls can be taken before you message has been auctioned.
